What products can I make videos for?
Clothing, personalized jewelry (names, initials, dates, birthstones), chairs and furniture, on the self-serve studio. For other products, our team can make them for you as a managed service. We only make shoppable product videos, not general video content.
Which stores work?
Shopify stores work best; most other stores work too. Product photos also work.
Who appears in the videos?
AI-generated models (or your own model, with that person's consent), never the people in your original photos. Every file carries Content Credentials that label it as AI-generated.
Will the product look the same as my photos?
We do everything we can to keep your product looking like your product. AI video can still slip (a shade, a print or a small detail), so check each video before you post it.
Does TikTok's AI label affect reach?
Turn on the AI-generated label when posting realistic AI content. TikTok says this label does not affect distribution if your video follows its Community Guidelines.
