1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Alvin's Club Studio is operated by Echooomall E-Commerce USA Inc., a corporation registered in the United States (California). These terms govern your use of Alvin's Club Studio, including when you use it through an AI assistant such as Meta Muse. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

You give us a link to a product page. We fetch the product photos and product information from that page, prepare the photos (for example, removing people and backgrounds), write short video scripts, review them against our quality guidelines, and generate short vertical product videos and styled lookbook photos with AI. Available features, limits and prices are shown on our website and in the API description.

Some steps rely on third-party AI models and infrastructure providers. Processing times are estimates.

3. Your responsibilities

Only submit links to products you sell or are authorized to promote. You must have the rights to the product information, photos, trademarks and any likenesses on the page you submit, and you authorize us and our service providers to use them to provide the service to you.

Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, adult or dangerous products or claims, or to impersonate real people. We may refuse or stop any request that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or the rules of the platforms where content will be published.

Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for activity under your key; tell us promptly if it is exposed and we will replace it.

4. AI-generated content

Videos, scripts and photos are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, similarities to other content or details that differ from your product. We instruct our models to use only facts from your product page, but you must review every output before publishing and make sure product claims and required disclosures (including any labelling of AI-generated content) are accurate for where you publish.

The people shown in generated content are AI-generated and do not depict real individuals. As between you and us, you may use the outputs you paid for to market your products. We do not guarantee exclusivity, intellectual-property protection for AI outputs, or any views, sales or return on investment.

5. Prices and payment

The service is paid for with prepaid credits: 1 credit costs $1. Each delivered video uses 3 credits (the current rate is shown on our website and in the API description). If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned. Lookbook photos are free during the preview period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required. Credits do not expire while your account is active and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Refunds and delivery issues

If a delivered video is corrupted, will not play, or clearly does not show the product you submitted, contact service@alvinsclub.ai within 14 days with the video link. After review we will regenerate it or return the credits. Refunds of unused credits are reviewed case by case; verified billing errors are always corrected.

Creative preferences or marketing results below expectations are not by themselves grounds for a refund. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or rights you have under applicable law.

7. Data and privacy

How we collect, use and share information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend access for security risks, unlawful use or material breach, and will explain why where practicable. Closing an account does not cancel credits already used for delivered videos.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California. Please contact service@alvinsclub.ai first so we can try to resolve any issue. Mandatory consumer protections and your right to seek remedies through payment providers, regulators or competent courts are not excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We will announce material changes on this page and, where we have your contact details, by email before they take effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to videos already paid for. Contact us by email at service@alvinsclub.ai.
