Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Alvin's Club Studio is operated by FUTUREVERSE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These terms govern your use of Alvin's Club Studio, including when you use it through an AI assistant such as Meta Muse. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

You give us a link to a product page. We fetch the product photos and product information from that page, prepare the photos (for example, removing people and backgrounds), write short video scripts, review them against our quality guidelines, and generate short vertical product videos and styled lookbook photos with AI. Available features, limits and prices are shown on our website and in the API description.

Some steps rely on third-party AI models and infrastructure providers. Processing times are estimates.

3. Your responsibilities

Only submit links to products you sell or are authorized to promote. You must have the rights to the product information, photos, trademarks and any likenesses on the page you submit, and you authorize us and our service providers to use them to provide the service to you.

Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, adult or dangerous products or claims, or to impersonate real people. We may refuse or stop any request that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or the rules of the platforms where content will be published. This includes the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn when you post through us (section 16).

Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for activity under your key; tell us promptly if it is exposed and we will replace it.

4. AI-generated content

Videos, scripts and photos are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, similarities to other content or details that differ from your product. We instruct our models to use only facts from your product page, but you must review every output before publishing and make sure product claims and required disclosures (including any labelling of AI-generated content) are accurate for where you publish.

The people shown in generated content are AI-generated and do not depict real individuals, except your own models (section 12), which depict the person you provided. As between you and us, you may use the outputs you paid for to market your products. We do not guarantee exclusivity, intellectual-property protection for AI outputs, or any views, sales or return on investment.

5. Prices and payment

The service is paid for with prepaid credits: 1 credit costs $1. A video uses credits by its length: 3 for 8 seconds, 4 for 12 seconds and 5 for 15 seconds, and a remake that follows a reference video adds 1 (the current rates are shown on our pricing page and in the API description). If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned. Each account gets a number of free lookbook sets per day (currently 5); further sets use 1 credit each, only after you confirm, and a set that produces no photo is not charged.

You pay for every video we generate, including edits and home products. Scripts we stop in review and videos that fail to generate are free. Our managed (done for you) program is priced separately in the agreement you make with our team.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required. Credits never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Refunds and delivery issues

If a delivered video is corrupted, will not play, or clearly does not show the product you submitted, contact service@alvinsclub.ai within 14 days with the video link. After review we will regenerate it or return the credits to your account.

Credit purchases are final: credits, used or unused, are not refunded. Verified billing errors (for example a duplicate charge) are always corrected. Creative preferences or marketing results below expectations are not grounds for a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

7. Data and privacy

How we collect, use and share information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend access for security risks, unlawful use or material breach, and will explain why where practicable. Closing an account does not cancel credits already used for delivered videos.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California. Please contact service@alvinsclub.ai first so we can try to resolve any issue. Mandatory consumer protections and your right to seek remedies through payment providers, regulators or competent courts are not excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We will announce material changes on this page and, where we have your contact details, by email before they take effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to videos already paid for. Contact us by email at service@alvinsclub.ai.

12. Your own models

Accounts that have bought credits can add their own model: 1-3 photos of a real person, used as the person in that account's lookbooks and videos. Creating one costs 10 credits once and is non-refundable; a request that is refused (for example by the photo check below) is not charged.

Before adding a model you must confirm, and you promise, that: the person is 18 or older; you have their written permission to use their likeness to make AI marketing images and videos for your brand, and you can show it if we ask; and the person is not a celebrity or public figure and not someone you are impersonating. We keep a record of what you confirmed and when.

We check the photos automatically and refuse photos without exactly one clearly visible adult, of apparent public figures, and screenshots or watermarked images. The check can be wrong and does not replace your promises above. You are responsible for your use of the person's likeness and for the content you publish, and you will compensate us for claims that arise because a promise above was untrue.

Only your account can use your models. You can delete a model at any time; a model not used for 90 days is deleted automatically. If you are the person shown in content made with our service and did not agree to it, email service@alvinsclub.ai with the link: we will review it promptly, and remove the model and stop its use where your request is valid. We may suspend accounts that misuse this feature.

13. Invite rewards

When someone signs up through your invite link and buys credits for the first time, you and they each get 5 free credits. Rewards are limited to 20 a month per account, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not given for your own accounts. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained through misuse (for example fake or duplicate accounts, or reversed payments).

14. Your own voice

Accounts that have bought credits can add their own voice: a recording of the account holder talking, turned into a digital copy of that voice (a voice clone made by our voice provider, ElevenLabs) and used to voice that account's videos; our AI models still appear on screen. Adding or recording again costs 5 credits once (non-refundable once the voice is made; not charged if it can't be made); videos in your voice cost the same as any video.

Before adding a voice you must confirm, and you promise, that: the voice is your own; you are 18 or older; and you agree that we make and use a digital copy of it for videos made with your account. Never upload anyone else's voice. We keep a record of what you confirmed and when, including after the voice is deleted, as proof of your consent.

If a voice can't be applied to a video, the video is delivered with our model's voice and its page says so. Only your account can use your voice. You can delete it at any time, and a voice not used for 90 days is removed automatically: we stop using it at once, and the copy held by our voice provider is deleted too (usually within an hour). If your voice was used without your agreement, email service@alvinsclub.ai and we will act promptly.

15. Reference videos

When you order a video you can give us a link to a public TikTok video as a reference (Instagram and YouTube links are not supported yet). We analyze it with AI only to learn its structure: its pacing, the kind of opening it uses, what each shot is for and how it backs up its claims. We do not copy its footage, sound, music or words into your video, the people in it are not shown, and its creator's name or handle is never used. Your video is written from your own product page and made with our AI models. Reading a reference costs extra credits per video (shown before you confirm), returned if the reference can't be read or the video fails. The free trial video can't be a remake. A remake of the same product is 15 seconds unless you choose a length (shorter only when we know the reference itself is shorter), and the price shown follows that length.

These safeguards are automatic and have limits. We remove the creator's handle and the names of people, brands and models that our analysis of the reference mentions before any script is written, and we check the finished script for them and for wording copied from that analysis. The checks compare against our written analysis of the reference, not its original audio, and they can miss a name written like an ordinary word. Review every video before you publish it.

By submitting a reference you confirm that you are allowed to use it this way and that doing so does not break anyone's rights or the rules of the platform it comes from. If you tell us the reference shows your own product and ask us to keep its moves, you also confirm that the product in it is the product you are ordering for and that you have the right to use that video (for example it is yours or you licensed it from the creator). Moves our quality review never allows, moves that do not fit the video's length and parts of the reference our analysis could not read are left out, and the video says which.

Do not use references to imitate a specific creator or to mislead viewers about who made or endorses your video. We may refuse a reference, and we limit how many different references an account can use each day. If you believe a video made with our service copies your content, email service@alvinsclub.ai with both links.

16. Posting to social platforms

LinkedIn posting is available now; direct posting to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube is being rolled out and appears in your studio when it is available to you. You can also post to Instagram through Meta Muse. Where available, you can connect your own TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn account and ask us to post to it. We post only to the account you connected and only on your instructions, as described in section 13 of our Privacy Policy: on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, a video you made with Alvin's Club Studio, after you confirm it; on LinkedIn, also text, links, photos or videos you provide, right away or at a time you set yourself. You are responsible for what you ask us to post. Connecting is optional and you can disconnect at any time.

When you post through us, you are also using that platform and must follow its rules, which apply between you and the platform: on TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/terms-of-service/en), Community Guidelines (https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines) and, where you disclose commercial content, the Branded Content Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/bc-policy/en) and Music Usage Confirmation (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/music-usage-confirmation/en); on Instagram, the Instagram Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870) and Community Guidelines (https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119); on YouTube, by using our YouTube posting feature you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); on LinkedIn, the LinkedIn User Agreement (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement).

Every video made with Alvin's Club Studio is AI-generated. Where a platform offers an AI-generated content label (TikTok and YouTube), we always apply it and you cannot turn it off; on Instagram, the caption includes a "Made with AI" disclosure that you cannot remove. You remain responsible for the caption, the privacy and audience settings you choose (including YouTube's "made for kids" setting and TikTok's commercial content disclosure), and for any other disclosures the law or the platform requires. You must have the rights described in sections 3, 12, 14 and 15 to everything in the video you post.

Platforms set their own limits and may reject, restrict, label or remove posts or suspend accounts; we do not control this and do not guarantee that a post will be published, stay online or reach any audience. We limit each connected account to 10 posts a day and may stop posting to an account that a platform has restricted. Trial videos with our watermark cannot be posted to TikTok. If a post's result is unclear (for example the connection dropped while it was being published), we do not post it again automatically; check the platform before retrying.

Posting is not charged. Removing a post from a platform must be done on that platform unless your studio offers a delete option for it.
