Paying, credits and refunds
How much does it cost?
The first video is free. Then 3 credits for 8 seconds, 4 for 12, 5 for 15; 1 credit is $1, less in credit packs. Charged only when the video is delivered. No subscription; credits never expire.
What if the video doesn't come out?
If we stop a script before filming or a video fails to generate, you aren't charged: the credits go back to your balance. Try again with other photos, or write to us and we'll look at it.
What if I don't like a delivered video?
A delivered video is charged, so watch it before you post. You can make a new version from its page (Make another like this, Change scene, Try another angle); each new version is a new video at the normal price.
Do credits expire? Can I get a refund?
Credits never expire. Credits are non-refundable; credits for videos that aren't delivered go back to your balance.

How does the managed programme charge?

Which languages can the voiceover be in?
English, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese. Pick the language when you order; the caption and hashtags are written in the same language. Same price in every language. Languages other than English are for clothing only for now.
