What products can I make videos for?
Clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, jewelry and home goods: furniture, bedding, decor and bath. Bedding, decor and bath work from a product page link too, in English. Not lamps or rugs. Wigs and other categories: our team makes them done for you.
How much does it cost?
The first video is free. Then 3 credits for 8 seconds, 4 for 12, 5 for 15; 1 credit is $1, less in credit packs. You pay for every video we generate. Scripts we stop in review and videos that fail to generate are free. No subscription; credits never expire.
What if the video doesn't come out?
If we stop a script in review or a video fails to generate, you aren't charged: the credits go back to your balance. Try again with other photos, or write to us and we'll look at it.
Will the product look the same as my photos?
We make every effort to keep your product consistent with your photos. Please check the finished video against your product photos once more before posting.
Can I change just one thing?
A finished video can't be edited in place. On its page, choose Make another like this, Change scene or Try another angle: we keep the product and settings, apply your change and make a new video. Each new version is a new video, charged at the normal price.
Is there text in the video?
Self-serve videos come without text in the frame; captions and hashtags are delivered as editable text you paste when you post. Free-trial videos carry a small watermark until your first credit purchase.
Do you upload the video to Amazon?
No. You download it and use Seller Central. Confirm Amazon's current file rules there before you upload.
Is the free Amazon product video free of a watermark?
No. The first video is free and carries a small watermark. Videos after your first credit purchase do not.
