Delete your data

You can ask Alvin's Club Studio, operated by Echooomall E-Commerce USA Inc., to delete your data at any time.

Social accounts you connected (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

1. In your studio, open Post channels and click Disconnect next to the account. We revoke our access with the platform and immediately delete the access tokens and account details we stored (account ID, name, picture).
2. Or remove our app in the platform's settings:
   • TikTok: Settings and privacy > Security > Manage app permissions > Alvin's Club Studio > Remove access. TikTok tells us and we delete your TikTok data.
   • Instagram: Settings > Apps and websites > Alvin's Club Studio > Remove. Meta sends us a deletion request; we delete your Instagram data and Instagram shows you a confirmation code and a link to check the status.
   • YouTube and Google: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions > Alvin's Club Studio > Remove access. We delete your YouTube data within 30 days, usually within a day.
   • LinkedIn: Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services > Alvin's Club Studio > Remove.

Records of posts we made for you (post ID, link, status, time) are deleted after 90 days, or right away if you ask us. Removing our access does not delete posts that are already on the platform; delete those on the platform.

Your Alvin's Club Studio account and content

Email service@alvinsclub.ai from the email address of your account and say what you want deleted (everything, or specific videos, models or voices). We confirm by email and complete the request within 7 days, except records we must keep by law (for example billing records) and the consent records described in our Privacy Policy.
